So the floor was stripped right back to reveal monumental 'issues' with the concrete base. The water has been leaking for so long the damage beneath the floor is extensive and a far bigger job than expected.

*Nightmare floor update*

The floor has been fully stripped out, it took a little longer as we needed to test for asbestos. Thankfully that was clear so now just giving it time to dry out properly.
